George Oliver Companies specializes in state-of-the-art co-working office campuses. When it came to their latest building BOND, George Oliver wanted to leverage the property's unique qualities to ease the stress of the stress of construction for existing tenants.

The idea was to offer free coffee, food, and a cocktail to tenants in collaboration with the onsite coffee and cocktail bar, Cultivate. A series of card were developed for morning, noon and night with a backside that could be personalized with the tenant's name.
