
North&Co. (acquired by Compass in 2024) is a boutique real estate brokerage that was exploding with growth and was reaching a point where incubators began to crop up from within the greater organization.
One of these smaller groups was an in-house title agency by the name of 100. The resulting brand conveyed a quiet authority with a logo that leveraged negative space as the primary visual.

TO SPREAD THE WORD ON SOCIAL MEDIA, THE CLIENT WANTED TO TEASE THE BRAND ROLL OUT IN A WAY THAT FELT PLAYFUL WHILE ALSO STICKING TO THE STARK BRAND.
A SERIES OF SOCIAL POSTS WERE THEN DEVLOPED FEATURING SOME TRIVIA AND ENERGETIC LOGO ANIMATIONS, MEANT TO TEASE THE EVENTUAL REVEAL OF THE BRAND.
